Richtlijnen

STAND OPBOUW EN AFBREKEN
Op zaterdag 16 september a.s. kunt u met de opbouw van uw stand tussen 08.00 uur en 10.00 uur beginnen. In verband met de te verwachte drukte en beperkte parkeergelegenheid adviseren wij u zo vroeg mogelijk te komen. Er zullen dit jaar 'sjouwers' aanwezig zijn om te helpen bij het de trap op tillen van de spullen. Uiterlijk om 18.00 uur dient u uw stand te hebben ontruimd. De MSX Marathondeelnemers moeten hun stand om uiterlijk 11 uur 's ochtends ontruimd hebben.

NIET ROKEN
Op grond van het huurcontract is het verboden om in de lokalen en de hal te roken!!! Degenen onder u die echt niet zonder nicotinestoot de dag kunnen doorbrengen kunnen daarvoor terecht in de barruimte of evt. buiten het gebouw. Hierbij verzoeken wij u niet alleen zelf deze regel na te leven maar ook eventuele bezoekers van uw stand hierop te willen wijzen.

GELUID
Nog steeds blijkt dat (harde) muziek een zeer storend element is tijdens de MSX-beurzen en clubdagen. Hoewel het goed is dat de uitstekende muzikale mogelijkheden van de MSX Computer steeds beter wordt benut is het zeer luid demonstreren daarvan een groot probleem.

Voor de Bussum-beurs en de MSX Marathon gelden dan ook de volgende regels:

  1. De boxen dienen (waar mogelijk) achter de stand te worden geplaatst!!!
  2. Muziek maken mag, maar het geluidsniveau dient zo te worden afgesteld dat andere standhouders (en bezoekers) er geen hinder van ondervinden.
  3. Harde muziek is niet toegestaan!!! Het gebruik van koptelefoons wordt dan ook aanbevolen.
    (De muziek komt dan zelfs nog beter over).

Overtreding van deze regels wordt zwaar bestraft: de versterkers moeten dan uitgezet worden gedurende de rest van de dag!

Guidelines

STAND SETUP AND TEARING DOWN
Coming Saturday 16 September you can start the setup of your stand between 08.00 and 10.00 hours. Because of the expected 'rush' and limited parking facilities we advise you to come as early as possible. This year there will also be people available to help getting all the stuff up the stairs. Your stand must be teared down at the latest at 18.00 hours. The MSX Marathon participants must have teared down their stand at the latest at 11 O'clock in the morning.

NO SMOKING
Because of the rental contract it is NOT allowed to smoke in the locals or in the corridor!!! The ones of you who can't spend the day without their nicotine shot can have their smoke at the bar at the ground level or eventually outside the building. Hereby we request you not only to live up this rule yourself, but also to point this rule to eventual smoking visitors of your stand.

SOUND
It still appears that (loud) music is a very disturbing element during the MSX-fairs and club days. Although it is great that the perfect musical abilities of the MSX-computer are being used better and better, the loud demonstration of it is a problem.

Therefore the following rules apply to the fair of Bussum and the MSX Marathon:

  1. The boxes have to be placed behind the stand (where possible)!!!
  2. Making music is allowed, but the volume has to be set that way that it doesn't disturb other standkeepers (and visitors).
  3. Loud music is not allowed!!! Therefore, the use of headphones is advised.
    (The music will even sound better!)

Violation will be punished heavily: the speakers have to be disabled during the rest of the day!
